Westchester Design Group believes in redefining the standard. As our client, we listen to you and strive every day to meet your high expectations. Our goal is to exceed those expectations on every project by completing each of the following phases:

Consultation: During our consultation phase we discuss the project vision, your needs, goals and a detailed project plan. We review drawings carefully with you and schedule on-site visits to allow you to view progress in action.

Partnership: After a framework for the project is agreed upon, we ask for a signed letter of intent. Upon receipt, you will quickly receive a detailed preliminary cost projection for your project. Our highly experienced team will work closely with you on cost engineering, achieving optimum value. Once costs are agreed upon, a contract is signed by both parties.

Preparation: Westchester Design Group then expedites application for all necessary permits and guides you through the process of selecting and ordering materials for your project. This includes all fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, tile, windows, hardware and custom items.

Delivery: Once all preparations are final, the project begins on the agreed upon start date. From there, it is performed on schedule, to completion and to the only conclusion of our project efforts—your full satisfaction.

Guarantee: Westchester Design Group is so confident about the quality and integrity in applying our craft that all work performed by Westchester Design Group is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for one (1) full year from the original date of completion. If, as a result of faulty workmanship, additional work is required, the client will not be charged for the cost of the repair. Certain terms and conditions apply.
