  • Provide rough estimate
  • Sign letter of intent
  • Schedule project start date

Step 3: Selection of Finishing Materials and Financing

  • Select fixtures and finishes
  • Discuss optional items
  • Secure financing

Step 4: Contract Agreement

  • Sign construction contract (fixed price, fixed schedule)

Step 5: Permits

  • Obtain building permits

Step 6: Project Kick-off

  • Develop construction outline
  • Hold site meeting kick-off (client and architect)
  • Begin construction
  • Schedule and hold weekly meetings with client and architect

Step 7: Project Completion

  • Provide letter of substantial completion
  • Punch out (30 days)
  • Conclusion of project as per contract
  • Warranty begins
